♡ Faber Castell Review ♡

♡ Faber Castell 4 PITT artist pen (manga style)

I have been using these for quite sometime now. They may not be considered "top of the line" but the work pretty good I'd say. The color is pure black and doesn't turn like that blueish green over time like most black markers. Best of all they are very inexpensive!! At my local Hobby Lobby and Michaels they are only $13-$15 for the pack above. People may say that's a lot for a 4-pack of markers but that is nothing compared to the professional markers like Copic, which on average cost $30-$40 for a 6-pack.

The pack above comes with four sizes of markers B (Brush), F (Fine), S (Small), XS (Extra Small.) This is convenient for artists who need to get very fine lines (like me!!!)

The only negative thing that I have found about these markers is that if you use them a lot they will dry out very quickly. Though, my guess would be that this happens because of the size of the tips.

As an example in the drawing above I needed to make quite a few fine lines and details which these markers do perfectly!!
